You must be at least 18 years old. Providing accurate information is mandatory. One account per person is allowed.
4. Prohibited Use
- Automated scraping or bulk requests
- Resale or commercial use of signals without permission
- Use of false identities
- Technical attacks on the platform
5. Limitation of Liability
Marktprognoze accepts no liability for financial losses resulting from the use of our signals. All signals are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice.
6. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time via the unsubscribe page or by email. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Governing Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Jurisdiction is Germany.
